The secret to amazing headbands is out! This is something that soccer girls around the nation have always used, and now the world is curious. Most of the female athletes I’ve played with have used these, and they have been gaining popularity. Now they are more easy to access. Ready for this? Get them below!

It’s pre-wrap! Pre-wrap is God’s gift to the athletic world. You put it on before you get taped (an ankle injury, wrist injury, etc…) so that you don’t rip the first five layers of skin taking it off after you play your game.

Back in the good ol days, you had to get into the training room or training bag to find this stuff. There wasn’t easy access to a variety of colors due to state rules with it having to match your uniform. Heaven forbid the blue team confuses you as their player because your pre-wrap underneath your athletic tape was also blue. Sheesh.

Pre-wrap is so versatile, you need to snag some asap. Here is a link below to get yours! Thanks Amazon and your amazing Prime-ness!

I like this variety pack because I love color. However, I am superstitious when it comes to soccer, so using the same color every game is important for me (I know I’m not the only superstitious person out there!). You can also get fancy and braid 3 color together. I’ve definitely done that a time or two.

Here are 3 pre-wrap hacks:

1.For your hair

You can roll yours up or keep it unrolled like Julie. Pre-wrap is a great way to keep that rockin’ hair in check during your sweat sessions. I’ve misplaced a headband or two in my life, so making the switch to pre-wrap can be a game changer. If it breaks or gets lost, no worries! Make a new one.

2. For your knee

Patellar Tendonitis? Roll up some pre-wrap and tie it right under your kneecap. This can help relieve your case of jumper’s knee. Even if your knee is bothering you and not quite as severe like tendonitis, this can still help bring relief.

3. For stability

Pre-wrap can work as a bandage to provide some stability to an injured area. Yes, go see a doctor, but pre-wrap can comfort & secure the area while you wait. More serious? Use some popsicle sticks to splint it before you use the pre-wrap. So grab some pre-wrap, eat some popsicles, & put it all in your First Aid Kit.

Oh, pre-wrap. Thanks for letting everyone be able to enjoy you. Your multi-use capabilities will inspire us to use you in every way imaginable. Thanks for inspiring creativity.
