When it comes to personal growth, you’re either running from your problems or you’re chasing your future. No one is an exception. We all face this.

Core Values of Personal Growth

Spiritual Growth: At Witty & Gritty, we are believers of the Christian faith. We base all of our decisions, books, episodes, etc… off of what we feel God is calling us to do.

Mental Growth: Mindset & metacognition are key factors here. We value the development of perspective and grit along with the metacognition piece (thinking about your thinking!).

Emotional Growth: Learning how to be vulnerable, being self aware of your motivations, and becoming skilled at empathizing are highly valued here.

Physical Growth: As humans, our bodies are connected to our minds. Living an active lifestyle not only has physical health benefits, but mental and emotional benefits too!

We base every Witty & Gritty podcast episode off of our four core values. Each episode discusses a combination

If you want to know more about us CLICK HERE! You can see which Hogwarts houses we are, some M.A.S.H. (how nostalgic), & some pictures of our families!

In the show we mention The 5 Types of Apologies Quiz! by the same people who came up with the 5 Love Languages. Check out their quiz! It’s so helpful!
