If you want to catch up before listening, check out episode 1, episode 2, episode 3, episode 4, episode 5, episode 6, & episode 7.

1. Comparison

Lisalette does a remarkable job talking about how comparison affects our spiritual growth. This can be for the better or worse. We need to focus in on what the scripture says. If we do this, the more we are able to see how we should be comparing ourselves and to whom.

Furthermore, Lisalette gives us practical ways to be able to read and understand the Bible and what that looks like in our daily lives.

2. Journaling

We love how Lisalette goes in depth on how she journals. This helps her bring about spiritual growth and arms her with wisdom. In her interview, she provides us with so much genuine, truthful knowledge and then tells us how to apply it.

Science has proven time and time again that journaling can be so beneficial. With Lisalette’s advice, we are able to implement strategies that will help us grow deeper in our relationship with God.

3. Fruits of the Spirit

In the Bible, the book of Galatians says the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness,  self-control. Lisalette gives us some great action points on how to develop our strengths and weaknesses using these characteristics.

Completely practical. Refreshingly genuine. Highly motivating. Everyone who listens to Lisalette’s interview can walk away with something new to try.

Our goal is to encourage, inspire, & motivate you to become the best version of yourself. Personal growth matters and we’re happy to provide opportunities for this!

We’ve got a new series coming up! We are excited to share the news soon!
