Good Mentors are Key
It is so important for us to find high quality leaders and be able to receive beneficial feedback. In order for us to grow, we must be able to seek wise counsel from someone we can trust, will give us solid mentorship, and will be willing to ask us the tough questions.

Increase Thinking Capacity
Have you ever been working on a project and it’s just not working out leaving you frustrated? We have! Einstein has a powerful witticism, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” If something isn’t working, let’s see if we can find a more effective system or try to find someone with more experience.
Increase Capacity for Action
We also take this time and talk about daily discipline. If you look at any great leader, they have actions that they partake in every single day. Routine and discipline with a big picture mindset is a common thread.

The Right Choices
The value of having a lifestyle of wholehearted giving cannot be matched. Our intentions when we give matters. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a monetary gift. Time, effort, & energy are also extremely beneficial to those who need it. Take a look at your giftings. Do you have something there that can help someone? Chances are, you have a skill set that is needed somewhere. Whether it’s encouraging someone after a tough month or baking cookies for the family down the road, we all have something we can give.
