In this inspiring guide to successful leadership, New York Times bestselling author John C. Maxwell shares his tried and true principles for maximum personal growth. The Road Back to You

In episodes 11-17, we break down all the Enneagram types, how to find your number, and what to do with the information you gain.  In The Road Back to You Ian Morgan Cron and Suzanne Stabile forge a unique approach―a practical, comprehensive way of accessing Enneagram wisdom and exploring its connections with Christian spirituality for a deeper knowledge of ourselves, compassion for others, and love for God.

Grit

Grit is easy to see in action, but how do we aquire it? Better yet, how can we teach it? In episodes 19-25 we explain how to gain grit, use it for God’s glory, and how to bring others into this mentality of perseverance. We interview an attorney (mom of 4), a former principal (parenting), and a preacher (spiritual grit).

In this instant New York Times bestseller, Angela Duckworth shows anyone striving to succeed that the secret to outstanding achievement is not talent, but a special blend of passion and persistence she calls “grit.” “Inspiration for non-geniuses everywhere” (People).

Daring Greatly

In episodes 28-38, we dive in on what it means to have healthy boundaries, healthy vulnerability, and how those two combine can help lead others to Christ. We interview co-host, Faren (infertility), and a preacher (vulnerability in Christian community).

Brown explains how vulnerability is both the core of difficult emotions like fear, grief, and disappointment, and the birthplace of love, belonging, joy, empathy, innovation, and creativity. She writes: “When we shut ourselves off from vulnerability, we distance ourselves from the experiences that bring purpose and meaning to our lives.”

Everything is Figureoutable

In episodes 40-51, we discuss how all things are possible through Jesus Christ. He has a plan and purpose for each of us, and if we can tune into the Holy Spirit, we will be able to overcome any hurdle fro God’s glory. We interview a high school basketball coach (mom/work/life balance), a former stage manager for Toby Mac (how to do it all on the fly), and a pastor (how Christ strengthens us).

While most self-help books offer quick fixes, Everything is Figureoutable will retrain your brain to think more creatively and positively in the face of setbacks. In the words of Cheryl Strayed, it’s “a must-read for anyone who wants to face their fears, fulfill their dreams, and find a better way forward.”

Switch On Your Brain

In episodes 55-62 we discuss how science and scripture are friends. God created all the science, and through His word we can see how they tie together in a beautiful way. Hear us as we nerd out about neuroscience. We interview a behavioral specialist, coaches (how body and mind work together), and a preacher (specialty in apologetics).

Supported by current scientific and medical research, Dr. Caroline Leaf gives readers a prescription for better health and wholeness through correct thinking patterns, declaring that we are not victims of our biology. She shares with readers the “switch” in our brains that enables us to live happier, healthier, more enjoyable lives where we achieve our goals, maintain our weight, and even become more intelligent. She shows us how to choose life, get our minds under control, and reap the benefits of a detoxed thought life.
