The Negative Impact of Avoiding Change
You may have heard it many different ways, but the main focus of this episode is “nothing changes if nothing changes.” That can be a hard pill to swallow, especially if you are lacking motivation to change, or have a fear of change. If you’re wanting to become more mentally strong, embracing change is the way to go. So, what’s holding you back? Dig deep and take time to think about that.

It’s common for those who dislike change to have a desire to avoid uncomfortable feelings like grief, fear, sadness, etc… This is an ugly truth that needs addressing if you are truly wanting to grow yourself. - don’t let emotions dictate your actions
- give yourself pep talks as needed
- celebrate even the small wins
