Episodes 11-17

If you need a refresher on what triads, wings, & stress/secure numbers are, be sure to check out episode 12. Episode 12 also discusses 8s, 9s, & 1s: The Challenger, The Peacemaker, The Perfectionist.

Type 2: The Helper

“I want you to be happy, but I want to be the reason.” Some descriptors of 2s can be: generous, loving, happy, caring, and adaptive to name a few. 2s are so valuable because they have the intuition to know exactly what someone else needs and when they need it. This personality type truly enjoys helping others which makes them a necessity to the world.

Type 3: The Performer

“The real question is, can you love the real me?…Not that image you had of me, but who I really am.” Typical 3s are goal setters, problem solvers, rise to the occasion, and great workers. Having 3s on your team can help motivate your crew to showing off each others’ skill sets in order for the team to be successful. Need someone success driven? These are your guys!

Type 4: The Romantic/Individualist

“If you’ve ever thad that feeling of loneliness, of being an outsider, it never quite leaves you.” 4s can be described as unique, creative, emotionally honest, connected, & attuned. 4s thrive in a workplace that lets them pursue their passions. They are fantastic empathizers, and are great to have around when you just need someone to listen.

Stay tuned for the rest of the Enneagram series! We’ll discuss the last triad as well as three interviews after the book discussion. It’s going to be great!
