Confidence in Your Self Worth
The Bible consistently talks about how we were created by God, for God. He has specifically designed you and equipped you to live out your purpose. How’s that for self worth? You are worthy of being loved and valued, and God has already proven this for you. Celebrate in these truths!
Tiffany is a mental health and positive mindset advocate, and she uses this to teach her self defense courses. In episode 90, she specifically dives into a few self defense tactics that will wipe your name off the victim list, so be sure to tune in and hear these life saving tips!
Healthy Boundaries
There is power in healthy boundaries and healthy vulnerability. We cover this topic heavily in our Daring Greatly mini series, and Tiffany hits it home when she talks about how to set boundaries that protect you. These tactics are effective with streamlining your work along with tips that can save your life.
Here’s one of our favorite anecdotes from the episode: As a recovered people pleaser, Tiffany went through a two week intense challenge about practicing her “No.” Hear how this completely transformed her life in episode 90.
God-Given Desires
Along with being fearfully and wonderfully made, we are also built with innate desires to feel loved, worthy, and significant. The great news is that God provides and fulfills all of that. We can lean into the truths that the Bible says and align our thought life with it.
The important thing to remember is that you are not alone in these deep core desires; this is a common humanity experience. We are engrained to have these needs met, so it’s vital to do that in a healthy way. Seek God first, and make sure you’re being wise in how you are getting your needs met.
